Account Executives
Arlene Schiffer — President
Arlene began her career in destination management and conference planning more than 25 years ago, planning attorney retreats and client conferences. Wanting to provide clients with higher levels of service, professionalism and creativity, she opened PNM in January 1996. A former professional actress and singer, Arlene combines her talents and theatrical perspective with her love of New Mexico to create interesting, unusual and memorable events.
Cheryl Donovan-Wildes — Account Executive
A native New Mexican, Cheryl spent 20+ years as a full-charge bookkeeper before leaving "the world of numbers" to join PNM in 1997 as an escort/hostess. In January 1998 she was promoted to full-time Account Executive, combining her mastery of detail with creative talent in program development.
Jennifer White — Account Executive
Jennifer joins PNM after three years with Destination Mexico in Mexico City. From Denver, bilingual, and with extensive experience creating programs for international and domestic incentive groups, Jennifer has a background in theater and television and brings exceptional creativity to custom programs and VIP services.
Staff & Vendors
PNM associate and host staffs comprise experienced, seasoned professionals who often set the performance standards for others in the industry. Every staff member assigned to a program is fully versed in it and ready to assist group members.
We work only with transportation companies that maintain all appropriate insurance and maintenance/safety programs required by the State, each providing an annual certificate of insurance and its substance abuse screening policy.
On the production side, we work with professional entertainers and their managers, stage and lighting designers who have worked throughout the world, and reputable companies for tenting and rental equipment. Our decor professionals range from a former Broadway set designer to manufacturers of specialty decor. When sourcing gift items and hospitality amenities for our groups, we also rely on reliable suppliers we trust to keep standards high.
Our catering companies are required to hold state-issued liquor licenses, and all of our caterers can prepare anything from the simplest box lunch to the most lavish gourmet feast for groups of eight to 2,000+.
Our guides are members of the New Mexico Guides' Association, presenting the history and culture of Northern New Mexico in entertaining ways. Fine-arts guides — many gallery directors and members of the Santa Fe Art Guild — share the art scene in all its color and romance.
