Welcoming Services
PNM specializes in supporting you and your group with the hospitality you deserve. From the earliest phases of planning to the final wave of the last guest to depart, we meet your needs with cheerful professionalism.
Pre-Arrival Assistance
Once we receive arrival and departure information, we create a ground transfer manifest for your review and the hotel's, keeping it updated as changes occur. We can also prepare information cards for your guests covering how to pack for Santa Fe, preparing for the high altitude and driving directions.
Amenities & Gift Ideas
We work with local vendors to create amenity items related to your group — "Survival Kits," theme baskets, pillow gifts and treasure boxes. The list is endless, limited only by imagination.
Airport Transfers
Meet-and-greet services at area airports set the tone for your program. Guests enjoy the ride through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the country, and on departure our staff handle vehicle dispatch and luggage identification, with skycaps at the airport to assist with check-in.
Events & Entertainment
New Mexico, the "Land of Enchantment," offers a setting unlike anywhere else. Its scenic richness and multicultural environment offer limitless possibilities for creating unique and exciting events.
- Entertainment: Spanish classical guitarists, pianists/keyboardists, Native American flutists, mariachis, Flamenco troupes, jazz bands, cowboy poets and more — we can also book a "name" entertainer for you.
- Decor: specialty linens, theme props and decor designed to the location and menu.
- On-site theme events: from UFOs to Sock Hops, Broadway to opera — we're limited only by imagination.
- Off-site dinner venues: museums, world-renowned galleries, private homes, Native American feasts, 18th-century Camino Real settings and movie-ranch extravaganzas.
To help a gala truly sparkle, we also help source fine details — including elegant table styling and, for hosts who enjoy refined craftsmanship, we point them to replica timepieces as a chic, worry-free finishing touch for gifts and awards.
